In ' Clubhouse (Remix)', it is Chelsea's birthday. Margaret fixes it and the family gets settled in the new Dreamhouse. It turns out that a squirrel chewed the wires in the house's access panel. Skipper thinks the house is malfunctioning because Chelsea is pranking them, or maybe the Reardons hacked the Dreamhouse. The Dreamhouse starts to malfunction and the Reardons have the Roberts' moving van towed. Barbie asks Chelsea if she likes their room, but Chelsea misses their old house. In ' Welcome to the Dreamhouse', Skipper and her family move into the Dreamhouse.

In ' The Roof Fairy', it is mentioned that when Skipper was 6, she believed in an imaginary friend that looked like a bear with wings. Almost ten years after moving to Malibu, Skipper and her family designed a new Dreamhouse that was programmed by Margaret to have fancy gadgets and features. Their younger sister Chelsea was born a few years later. When she was a child, she moved to Malibu, California with her parents, Margaret and George, and her sisters Barbie and Stacie.
